🎯 What is FRC-3?
FRC-3 proposes to reduce the Waiting Period from 7 days to 3 days between the Pulse Check and the official Snapshot Vote. Additionally, it suggests reducing the threshold for Pulse Check votes from 50 to 20 and lowering the Quorum for Snapshot votes from 20 million cFRM to 6 million cFRM.
